The Goyes Lab (Division of Biological Sciences, University of Missouri) is recruiting a fully funded PhD student to study the evolution of parental care and mating systems using belostomatid water bugs. The project will combine extensive fieldwork in Missouri with laboratory colonies and experiments to investigate reproductive behavior, parental investment, and life-history traits.
